Carmeta C. A. Clarke

Carmeta is a Corporate Administrator with FL Gateway Corporate Services Inc. She has over 15 years’ experience in corporate services and over ten years in administrative/secretarial support in the areas of corporate and customer services.

Prior to joining FL Gateway Corporate Services Inc., Carmeta has worked as a Paralegal with a leading law firm, as an Executive Assistant with a professional services firm and in several Customer Service roles with a utility company in Barbados.

Carmeta is a graduate of the Barbados Community College and UWI School of Continuing Studies (now UWI - Open Campus) where she obtained certificates in Secretarial Studies and the Administrative Professional Secretaries Program, respectively. She also completed both Certificate and Diploma levels in Offshore Finance & Administration and the Director’s Education and Accreditation Program with Institute of Chartered Secretaries Association.

Carmeta is also a graduate of the Corporate Governance Institute of Canada (”CGIC”) having successfully completed the CGIC’s qualifying program.

Carmeta currently serves as a board member of a local service company and as an executive member of a charitable organisation.
