Debbie Fraser has been in practice for over 30 years. Prior to founding Fraser Law in May 2021, Debbie was a partner and head of the commercial department at one of the principal law firms in Barbados. Before relocating to Barbados in 2003, Debbie practised in Jamaica for 11 years and was a partner in the then largest law firm in Jamaica. Her practice involves a wide range of commercial areas including finance, securities, capital market, energy and mergers and acquisitions. She has represented several large commercial players including players in the financial, energy and technology sectors. She has represented foreign lenders as well as those seeking to invest and establish a presence in Barbados. Debbie has been recognised by Chambers and Partners for the past ten (10) years and is currently ranked in General Business Law (2024).
